| Kokoe Class Act "Trigger"-'00 AQHA Palomino Gelding. 15.3 hds. Rides English, Western,and bareback, loves to hunter/jump, and perfectly trail rides in the mountains or at the beach. This is an amazing calm trail horse! He has a forward trot, and a comfortable, flowing canter. I could ride it all day! He has been trained in jumping, gone up to 2'9". He loves people, and has that "in-your-pocket" type of personality. He is sensitive to aids, and is ridden with no spurs and only a snaffle bit. He responds well to leg cues, bends/yields on command, and is sensitive to the seat. I can get him to change gaits easiy using seat alone. No vices. He bathes, loads, clips, ties, shots, lunges, doesn't even mind when a helicopter goes flying overhead. He also loves to help you open gates while you're on him. All I have to do is unlatch, and he will push it all the way out, walk in, then turn around and push it back. He always meets me half way in the field, and stands still for haltering (and bridling) lowering his head to your level. He has never kicked out at me or another horse on or off the ground, and I've never seen him rear. He is Clinton Anderson "desensitized" regularly, and does not even flinch when I swing a lunge whip over his head. His ground manners are well-trained, and he is laid-back and patient. Whenever I hold him for long periods of time (watching someone else ride, etc.), he'll simply lower his head (usually resting it on my shoulder), close his eyes, and doze off in the sun. He is trained not to graze while being held. Trigger is happest on the trail, but has many other abilities. He has been trained hunter under saddle and jumping, is superb on trails, quiet and responsive under the western saddle. The possibilities are endless. Sound. No vices. $7500 |
