July 27, 2009 BoBo passed a full vet check. 100% on flexions, completely healthy and sound.


Information from Previous Owner:  BOBO is a 12 years old, chestnut gelding, 14.3 hh and ~1,150lb. Trained as a turn back horse and gets eye to eye with a cow. I've thrown a rope off him and he's been team penning and sorting. Gentle enough for a beginner. Easy to catch in the field and comes to a whistle when needed. Broke to
death. Ground ties to saddle up or out on the trail to clear brush.

He was trained by the breeder in GA. They used him as a turn back horse for
a few years and was sold to an attorney in the Charleston area who used him
for cattle and for cutting for a few years. I got him from a man down by
Savannah who used him to work cattle. From what I understand, his full
brother sold for ~$10,000 a few years ago.

He holds his weight well and is as gentle as can be. I had a couple of
first time riders on him and he carried them around the pasture with no
problem at all. With a good rider he is right there on your aids. I've
cleared brush in the woods with him by just ground tying him while I moved
heavy branches. I've used a rope off him to drag some of the heavier stuff.

He never gets barn or buddy sour. You can ride him in a group or by himself
(which I do a lot of). You can ride him today, tomorrow, or next month and
he rides the same.
